EDIT Two

The last and most time consuming step of the editing process, is to read though each of the articles with two people, one person reading out loud directly from the book and the other person following along on the screen, to make sure that both copies are the same and to fix any mistakes that may have slipped through the gaps. 

Which articles should be revised?

You should check if the title of the article says FINAL EDIT COMPLETE, this means that it has been revised and nothing should be done. Normally the articles which need more work contain the words 'miss text', 're-scanned' or 'work must be done'.
